Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 cup spelt flower
1 TS baking powder
2 TBS Cinnamon
1/2 TS Salt

4 Ripe bananas, peeled
3 TBS Coconut oil room temperature
3 TBS Nut butter
3 TBS Plant-based milk
3 TBS Maple Syrup
Additional
Dark chocolate, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Mix all dry ingredients with a spatula. Blend the remaining ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth paste forms. Pour banana mixture into dry ingredients and combine with a spatula until flower mixture is fully combined in a fluffy dough texture. If you like, add the dark chocolate into the dough. Pour mixture into prepared baking form and bake on 180 C degrees for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
